The Power of P!

There are so many words that begin with P that literally have power in and/or over our lives.  All you readers with as much of a dirty mind as myself . . .go ahead and say what you think P stands for in this blog . . . yep I'm waiting . . .and waiting . . .Soooo yea P is not what you think it stands for . . hahah!
At least not for this post! Down the line it may come into play . .another P word!  Yes you all have dirty minds and quite frankly I enjoy an adventerous mind with a plethora of things flowing.  Like how I threw yet another P word into the mix!?

With all seriousness the P word I am referring to in this blog is Peace! The Power of P(eace)! Let me tell y'all something . . when you have that "peace that surpasses all understanding" that is mentioned in many religious realms, it ain't nothing like it!  Your life literally turns into an arena of POWER, PROGRESSION, PROSPERITY, PROMISE, PURPOSE and most of all PEACEFULNESS! I had not experienced The Power of P until I experienced learning who I am.  Once I was on board with all my flaws, quirks, imperfections and ugliness not defined by others . . .I then understood what The Power of P really and truly was.

Funny thing is on today I had my therapist visit and I began to cry explaining to her how excited and how passionate I am about my Channeling Tequila Mind Body Soul #findyourhappy event.  (P.S. Tickets are still available.  Please see the Event Blog Post).  She understood whole-heartedly because she has witnessed my transformation first hand.  She said to me . ."I wish I was able to come so that I could attest to what this truly means to you as I have seen you at your very lowest, depressed, broken, vulnerable but still full of faith and pushing forward.  They just don't know the whole story like I do."  Then she proceeded to say I am like no one she has ever provided therapy to in her 30+ years in the business.  Obviously I impact alot of lives on a daily basis with the many hats I wear, but to hear and know that I am so very unique to this professional . . .another play on a P word . . .was so uplifting and important to me.  Honey let me tell you . . .she has seen me cry, snot, scream, laugh all in one damn hour session!  Not to mention when I tell it . .I tell it ALL!! My shit . .his shit . .they shit . .everybody shit! You know why? Because that's owning your truth and brings that PEACE that surpasses all understanding that I have come to love and adore.

I have nothing to hide anymore and I'm not running FROM anything.  I'm running TO all the POWER, PROGRESSION, PROSPERITY, PROMISE, PURPOSE and most of all PEACEFULNESS that has come to me in due season.  YES I questioned why all these things happened?  Then I remember that everything happens for a PURPOSE in our lives and my things happened to get me to EXACTLY where I am right now at the right time!  I am living my BEST LIFE because I can honestly say that my truth is out there.  I don't do things for accolades and I don't do things for allies.  People will try to paint you to look like they want you to look; however on the flip side of the easel there is always the true picture of who you really are . . .and THAT is what will be known.  Not by a few . . .or your "crew" but by many because of your character that shines through continually and at all times.  A wise young man said to me just recently . . "I don't define your character by the actions of someone else."  That is what's important when things are all said an done!  We've all made mistakes and decisions that have impacted our lives in one way or another.  The real test is when you can acknowledge and accept your role in those decisions and own your TRUTH . . .not a P word, but hey . . .it's important to know!
